Where is my order?

We send all of our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aim to take 2 - 3 working days to deliver your order, but it can take a fair bit longer. Especially if you are in one of the harder to reach parts of the UK. Check the tracking link you

Where do you ship?

We currently just ship in the UK. Shipping is free for subscribers. We use a fully tracked Royal Mail service for our deliveries.

How do I track my order?

Our parcels are sent fully tracked and you will receive the tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. Or click Track My Order in the Help Centre.

What is your return policy?

Products that haven't been used. You can return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to do so, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we’ll let you know what to do.

My discount code isn't working?

Email us via [email protected] or contact us on social media (instagram handle is @get_homethings). Remember that most discount codes can't be used with other discounts. Also some codes are only applicable to first time customers.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, Google Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay. No bitcoins or IOUs.

What is my order is damaged?

If you receive your Homethings and they are damaged or faulty, or you’ve received the wrong order, we will of course exchange the items or offer you a refund. And we’ll be sorry too. Please keep the packing materials, and the damaged items, so we can

Where's my refund?

Please allow around 5 working days after you have confirmation that it's been processed - if not, give us a shout and we will look into it.

My packaging was damaged in the post

Please pop us an email at [email protected] with a picture so that we can get to the bottom of why this may have happened.

Why has only some of my order arrived?

To save on packaging, in some cases we will ship items from your order out separately (where appropriate). If you are missing any part of your order, drop us an email over on [email protected] and we will get to the bottom of what's gone on.
