Products that haven't been used

You can return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to do so, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we’ll let you know what to do. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in this case.

We are close to being 100% sure that you will be a huge fan of your Homethings after you've used them. However, if for any reason we are wrong and you are not fully satisfied there will be no hard feelings. You can return the item to us and we will provide a full refund. However we will not be able to pay for the return delivery. Make sure to get a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us (and keep hold of it in case the delivery goes missing).
