I want my products to come at different timesUpdated 4 months ago

If you setup a subscription for multiple products at the same time, and chose the same frequency for them, they will have been grouped into one subscription. You may want to change the frequency of a product or skip it for an upcoming order. Best thing to do is to split the subscription.

Log into your account here and scroll to the subscription you want to modify.

👉 Then click 'More...' then 'Split Subscription'

👉 Select the products that you'd like to move onto a separate subscription, chose the frequency and click confirm.
