Are there any chemicals, dyes or fragrances in your toilet roll?
Nope. Nada. Zilch. Our rolls are made from 100% unbleached bamboo with no added dyes, scents, or weird lab experiments. Just the good stuff.
Is Homethings bamboo toilet roll safe for sensitive skin or allergies?
Super safe. In fact, bamboo is naturally hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial. So whether you’ve got a sensitive behind or just don’t fancy irritation with your wipe, you're in safe (and soft) hands.
Does the toilet paper have a scent?
Only the sweet smell of doing something good for the planet. We don’t do fragrances. This roll’s as unscented as a ninja in a perfume shop.
Why are your rolls individually wrapped?
We decided to individually wrap our rolls with tissue paper mainly to protect them in transit and in your home. As we supply boxes of 24 rolls they need to be kept clean and free of dust or damp for up to 6-12months at a time. The extra resource usag
Do you sell recycled paper rolls too?
Not at the moment, we only offer our 100% bamboo fibre rolls. We found that the quality and softness of UK made recycled rolls wasn’t up to scratch.
What’s the difference between bamboo grown in China and recycled paper made in the UK?
They’re both solid choices for the environment. Our CO2e calculations suggest a c.75% carbon emissions reduction from using 100% Bamboo Fibres vs virgin tree fibres. Whilst our calculations for UK made recycled paper suggested a c.83% reduction in CO
